What do I bring, and what happens to my phone?
Swimwear, a towel and nothing else. Phones are collected at boarding and returned at the end.
Bring swimwear and a towel. Slippers if you like. Everything used in the ritual — veniks, tea, cold water — is ours.
Phones are surrendered at boarding. This is required, not suggested. The reset does not happen while a device is in the room, and no one relaxes while someone else might be filming.
Eat lightly beforehand and drink water through the day. No alcohol before or during the ritual.
